One of the first side projects I took on when joining Facebook in 2014 was giving the Latinos in Tech program a logo for what was then a small, 100-person meet up.
Four years later, the general sentiment around the that identity was that is does not reflect enough of the Latino heritage needed to connect and inspire Latinos in Tech. The existing mark also fell short in terms of how the team would like to show up in a vibrant and community mined way.

Ready to start with a fresh approach that balances the aforementioned attributes with the cutting-edge technologies our community builds, I creative directed the amazing In-House International team based in Austin, TX and helped re-launched the team's identity with the work you see here.
