Hackathons are an important part of Facebook's culture of swiftly building prototypes to validate new product ideas and features. In 2016, Facebook reached a major milestone: our 50th Hackathon.
To celebrate and to keep Hack momentum strong going into 2016, the Facebook hackathon committee organized a global event dubbed the Global Hack Jubilee. My seat at that table gave me the opportunity to craft the design system to market the event to Facebook hackers around the globe.
